The original GLI board have no one to blame for this situation but themselves / the gate appears to be self ad-jarred & the fox(Emerald) has started raiding the hen house (pardon the pun). I reckon it's just a matter of time before this take over - majority share holder becomes just a formality and we can hopefully move on with a more pro-active & intelligent board that will return spades to all GLI holders in the future. Not sure if Bell have a card up their sleave but reading between the lines it looks as if their race has done its dash.
