    Would it be cheaper and easier for Q/HG to startup production on there other deposites and just leave AGS/JV twiddling there thumbs waiting untill the deposits in th JV are required, than to buy out AGS?

    What is the worst case senario with regard to the court case we are waiting to hear about?

    Also what if the court case was positive what is the likely effect if any on the current decline in SP?
