I wonder too, what the effect of a negative court outcome would be, and a positive one too for that matter. There is a school of thought (and at this stage I subscribe to it ) that it will be a long lead time to any real production from Heathgates plot at Beverly North. They are bluffing to put pressure on AGS. They have spent millions of dollars and spent three or more years getting 4mile to where it is now.
