Agree, and the basis for some of the disputes ... eg being able to accurately record the JV meetings should be a no brainer IMO only...and the Native Title seems to be a beaurocratic issue that can only have one outcome as AGS title can't be tied into the general Quasar/Beverly title. More problematic are the resource estimates and costs to get to production issues. It seems that if AGS is in a win win situation with these as well. I mean if the independant resource estimate is higher, that should be great for all parties (although embarassing perhaps for Quasar). Ditto with costs for production. If costs prove to be lower - greater profit margins for all parties. When I spoke with the AGS secretary after the Discovery hearing she indicated morale was pretty high..rather chipper in fact, but that could be just spin and there's a bit of that around huh lol..
