Have we all been through the Notice of AGM received in the post a short time ago?
I am interested to hear the views of fellow shareholders with regard to the proposal to renew the proportional takeover provisions for 3 years.
To me it just seems like some basic housekeeping. What do others think?
It's no secret that the company has been approached for due diligence over the past 12 months. It appears the company is employing a defence mechanism to future and possible corporate action.
I'm undecided as to which way I'll vote on this.
I bought for the long-term, but am happy to bail short-term, at the right price (not under $1.00)
Has anyone made up their mind which way they'll vote?
