What are you talking about? JMS has to update its Constitution to incorporate new Australian legal requirements (minor points).
Because JMS' Constitution includes proportional takeover provisions, Australian law requires a specific shareholder approval, which is why we have to approve the provisions again.
There is no change otherwise, we've always had proportional takeover provisions. Nothing new.
