Interestingly, there is no change to WP's salary despite the significantly trimmed down company that we now own. Less staff to manage; less logistics to be concerned about,,,,and now 35m options as a bonus, My vote goes to seeing some results first then have your hand up for bonuses. I think the chances of receiving this salary level from any other company of this size (or indeed quite a bit larger) are very slim and so I don't believe we are at risk of losing our leader by withholding the bonus package.
