Boy, they've got some nerve asking long suffering shareholders to approve compensation like that. If the payment to the Chinese lenders seems unfair, management were the ones who made the deal and were responsible for creating the conditions that led to it. Options at 11.2c? How about 30c? Some compensation is in order, but this seems over generous. We've been screwed over so many times I've lost count. I say no to all of them, go away and come back with something more reasonable.
