"Voting yes to get this show on the road" are you implying that without the generous options being granted there will not be the same incentive for management to enhance the value of the company? They are paid to keep the show on the road, and paid pretty generously. I am still waiting to see some real results from this team. There are plenty of shares and options available on the market should management want to buy them and show their real belief in the company - well there are before any consolidation takes place.
