exercise price is terrible for the options. they are not aligned with shareholders. if they want equity in the company why not ask for approval for a placement now at the current price and they pay up now.
it's a resounding no on all resolutions for me. capital has been eroded far to much and now that the share price is so low they set their benchmarks at the current (to easy to achieve) level
