dr I am having difficulty in coming to a decision on which way I will vote on the SIO share issue. I am an old bloke and not the sharpest tool in the pack and I get a bit selfish in assessing issues by asking myself "how would I handle it if it was my personal issue". If I owed a lender approx $1.240m and had the funds to pay it out would I choose instead to hand over assets worth approx. $6.8m (based on Friday's closing price) just to keep the lender sweet. Especially when the lender is getting a return of 12% on the debt and already owns approx. 22% of the company and the facility is not due to be repaid until November. I think I will send a request to the company to expand on the following statement which they issued in support of the resolution - BOD have identified other options to settle the debt and I would like to hear the company's response to why they would not consider them.
