Chilly Dog is WP stating that the deal at the time was a conversion of debt into shares at 2c per share. If not I would suggest that BOD get options at 9 cents dated to expire in November 2020 and the monies to cover the loan. If there is a formal agreement with SIO well we have to honour it.
