Well, SB did pay a lot more for their shares, to be honest they were the true saviors of the company, when they paid 13 cents per share and gave much needed funds, also they paid off the PHG Loan and gave us cheap interest, they also were happy to get shares instead of repayment, but the company paid them back the money straight after the raise at 8 cents and SB did not get any shares.
So, SB was paid back for the Loan with money when it became available, why not do the same to SIO?
I am voting yes 1, 3, 4 and 5, but I am undecided yet for #2, I was going to vote yes but now I am undecided.
