SIO are a lot different to Sabby in that they are a specialised well regarded large US Healthcare investor.
The founder and CEO Dr Michael Castor personally did the due diligence on our tissue science “Adapt” and liked what he saw. He researched our data, spoke to Doctors using the tissue and met with members of our TAVR Advisory Board.
So you can say all you like about the repayment of the loan, it’s fairness and the options etc but SIO is a good substantial shareholder to have very different to Sabby. IMHO.
