Yoda holding's, major shareholder in Brazin, this morning announced it had intentions to privatise BRZ through a selective share buy back or cancelation. They proposed a price of $0.78 per share, a mere 1c premium to yesterdays close. Plenty of volume to day at 80, 81, 82, and 83c, would lead you to beileve the market isn't that impressed with the $0.78 offer. Given their current price at the moment I would think they are going to have seriously consider the offer price, if indeed thet are going to look at going ahead with this.
