    its time for a firesale of SRK's assets and and a capital return to shareholders it is now clear that the current board is incapable of developing this project and the company has been relegated to penny dreadful status.

    the company is now priced at its cash backing so any value achieved from the sale of the projects will be a bonus to current holders.
