    Agreed. Misleading not to state conditions of buyback and could quite easily provide an exit for insiders as you say.

    I unfortunatley made the mistake of buying on the announcement to average my price down.

    Are there any conditions other than 13/10 and does anyone know the reason the date was a condition?
