    This proposal was underway before David Matthews was appointed.
    He was hired to complete the transaction and transform KKL.
    Announcement today with preliminary details of the proposed aquisition look good. Need to see the details before deciding if its good for KKL.
    We need capital and a broader customer base. Lets see what comes as a formal proposal.
