I just cant get over how opportunistic this is.

PPX merged with an international competitor would change the whole dynamic of that enterprise dramatically .

Even if $2B of the $5B is rollable , and other assets off loaded , the business should be able to achieve some profit on revenue .

If you assume 10 % return on the discounted revenue it is still 200 million of value .

To be able to buy that at 9c a share , or $50 odd million seems amazing.

Surely over the next week or 2 we will see more info , in particular what it meant b other offers, and sales .

This sounds like there is scope for asset sales now , which could aid the balance sheet , before the predator pounces whilst the company is on ots knees.

The profit forecast on the same day a low ball bid comes in seems very coincidnetal

Ill be praying to santa the board has time to complete some asset sales , secure the debt , and move forward .

If the inv banl wants the pxupa let thewm go in the market , not steal the company.

All just my opinion , to much wine and very very upset to have to think of accepting 9c as a exit price .

I Just hope Orbis ,Robert Maple brown and others who are onm the buy and sell regularly with substatial holdings dont let the hedge funds and shorters keep the stock around 9c for to long to allow this to get that much consideration .
