Stowaway all in all with all things being equal it does NOT impact on small investors in anyway. But personally I don't like them. I don't like the ozl one which is going to be 1 for 10 share consolidation, if voted in. I went on record as saying 1 for 10 was miles to much and I could have lived with a 1 for 5. maybe pna is trying to do a copy cat. at least they are doing a 1 for 5. Two schools of thought I guess some could well like them, others find reasons to dis-like them.

Also 1 for 5 share consolidation you are dead right, your shares you are holding get divided by 5, but of course the share price what ever it will be at the time will be times 5.
