Makes no difference I don't feel as far as + or -

Would maybe make it easier down the track if a capital raising was required to get another project off the ground. I see this as longer term preparation for something along those lines.

Only other difference I see is psychological. For some reason investors feel more comfortable investing in a stock that's $4 as opposed to under $1- even if the market cap is still the same.
