Hi Guys

Spoke with Anthony from RRS earlier this week, made enquires as to
whether a decision had been made to proceed with the 10 Million
Capital Raising by the 19th June, as previously approved by
shareholders.


Was told that while no firm numbers have been decided upon as yet,
Unless Africa Oil annouce Puntland Rig Mobilization before the 19th
June, that only a small portion will be raised at this time, which is
good news to all holders, and we also reduce any pressure on the share
price appreciation we are seeing at the moment.
