Who knows what price they have in mind, however with events happening as speak,

1)Texas Fraccing at Smith, Total Depth and Results from Beverly, and Hole 3 being planned for after Beverly
2)The shortly expected Puntland Rig Moibilazation from Africa Oil
3)Completed Georgia Siesmic Interpretation being reviewed and results released when complete
4)New project being reviewed for investment, no details on this, have just been made aware it is a possability.

So one thing is for sure based on upcoming Texas Results alone I am sure RRS will be in a position to raise at a substantially higher figure over the next 4-8 weeks.

Also Texas cash flow should really start to flow into RRS after Fraccing of Smith 1 which is almost complete.

So it is at least good to see RRS looking to reduce Dilution to RRS at these prices, when higher prices should be with us soon, God knows we have had enough dilution over the last few years.
