Asf If you double the shares on issue and we assume the same price you double the market cap. Example CGT - now 150'million shares at 10= 15'million market cap Post CR 315 million shares at 10 cents = 31.5 million market cap. I have made the assumption the SP remains the same. It's possible to end up with a shareprice of 7 cents and market cap will still be 22 odd million or 40 percent higher than pre raising market cap.

I posted more as a discussion due to the fact existing shareholders will be asked to add in fresh capital and my view this money should be deployed as a separate decision to the first lot based on available facts.
