One way to value the leases at Chewton/Wattle Gully is to go back to their market value before the deal to buy Ballarat in early 2010.

About $15-20m (few other leases thrown in too) at much lower pog and prior to all the exploration work that gave the recent JORC of just under 700k oz for Chewton/WG
So go figure on the last trade sp of 10c which includes Ballarat too.
