WE haven't really discussed why the board is doing this consolidation.
No doubt there's a game a foot that we are not aware off.
Maybe some OS listings are in mind.

Why make the share register tighter?
    Maybe they're worried about takeover.

The real juice is the market cap and relationship to peers.
The money should be on a NYSE listing?

Who knows, just guessing as not articulated by the board. How does a consolidation change the business? Will it effect the main driver viz. the uranium bull?None.Games are being played.......as they say if you don't know who the bunny is, it's probably you.

No doubt some financial engineer has been whispering in the board's ear about how it will attract big investors, steady the register etc.
They are probably right although logic tells us otherwise.

Just have to hold strong, watch the space and see what further games are launched on retail to lever the stock into other hands, because we know from the study of cognitive biases that the SP affects shareholder's psyche more than market cap at our end of the market.

For those who use TA,be aware that your indicators may throw off sell signals because the quantum of price move changes suddenly and this makes all technical signals suspect for a year or more before they settle and give more reliable signals.Suspect that this is also the case for chart patterns.

In summary, despite machinations that bear no relationship to the fundamentals of the business, Asculpeous intends to stay long and strong and not let the temptation of apparent big prices make him sell out.
