Tax implications?
I haven’t read yet and assume it’s straight forward but anyone able to give a description of what happens?
Im assuming tax people will know there was a consolidation etc.
Selling 200k shares now at .30 will look differently in a month if you sold 25k shares at $2.40, but it would be the same amount.
