Trading halt mentions proposed acquisition - we'll find out soon enough, but sounds like acquisition of another company's assets (not an acquisition of PAN).

While I guess there is excellent value in current market, not sure I want to see any cash burn, even if it means picking up cheap acquisitions (unless they can leave bulk of their capital intact). If they were assured of cash flow positive going forward, wouldn't be such a problem, but nickel is a bit all over the place at the moment.
