Hey Slew man I thought there was only 111 mil(Page 6 of AR) on issue. Where did you get the 145mil currently on issue?

IF Aquenox did list and while I am excited as their is a glimmer of hope I must use the big "IF" because in my eyes something exceptional must occurr in the form of a deal in regard to cash flow, surely you could not list the way it looks at the moment.

Cardia would get its $1 milski loan back.
In regard to the 258 mil shares at issue of 2cents to Cardia I would think you could just about divide that by 10 to give you 26 mil shares at .20cents. Why so Mr Pumper?
I can't see any float ever getting off the ground with 258mil shares to cardia for the IPO, just would not happen.
They may even make it a smaller amount just to get a listing possible.

Now around 26mil. of Shares, thats still great money for Cardia at .20cents.
