It could be a good thing. Assuming they use the money to pay down debt, the interest rate the banks charge will decrease as well as the total loan amount meaning more money for distributions and less risk. That will be offset to some degree by the dilution, but if we can all participate it is truly good for all holders.
Lets hope it will be open to participation by retail holders.
