    i wrote a very harsh post re this raising but was moderated. I totally agree with comments, Austock are getting a massive 5% underwriting fee (VERY high) for a trust like this. Find me one property trust that raised capital with a cost in this range. thats $1.6m directly to austock for 0.4% interest savings. oh please how can they get away with this.
    yes we are de-risked, yes we paying dividends, yes we are selling properties at book instead of diluting.... Oh but hold on we might as well raise more money at a high cost of equity 15% to pay off debt at 8.5% . Absolute genius if you ask me.
