I have been a long term holder of this stock and increased my position over the past 2 years.
I have sent the following email to AEU and hope to get a reply.
I note with interest the announcement of this morning regarding the potential capital raising for AEU.
As a reasonable size shareholder, I trust that all shareholders will be able to participate in this capital raising and that our holdings will not be diluted considering the pain suffered by unit holders over the past few years.
This capital raisings also takes me by surprise considering that AEU has incurred significant fees in recent times renegotiating banking facilities.
I trust that any capital raising will see an improved unit price approaching our NTA per unit and improved distributions.
