    Just throwing around a few figures on the recapitalisation. Pure speculation only.

    KMC has approximately 320,000,000 shares on issue.

    If the rights issue was made at 2:1 it would be for 640,000,000 shares x $0.01 = $6.4 million

    960,000,000 total shares on issue at $0.01 = $9.6 million

    Announcement said lower uptake would leave $2.0 million cash leaving other assets valued at $7.6 million

    Assets currently have a book value of $10.08 million

    Any thoughts?
