proposed change of name

I note in the AGM resolutions they are proposing a change of name to Magontec Ltd. I suppose it will be a good idea but not sure. Also notice a lot of shares being given away. I think the long serving executives who have gone through the lean years deserve reward. The board has certainly done some good things in the last 12 to 18 months.
