Just wondering if anyone is registered for the Class Action, and if so with whom?
It is my understanding that you can not register 'Funding Agreements' with both Law firms, however only one firm will be able to represent and proceed with the Class Action..
It appears, one must choose between Maurice Blackburn and IMF Bentham (Slater & Gordan representing) as to who will be most likely to proceed with the class action?.
Is this a 50/50 chance?
