The point you are missing is that mum-and-dad investors have lost heaps of money due to BAL not disclosing what was really going on and continued to lead us to believe all was as expected. The level of incomptence of the board and management is astounding IMO and those of us who invested in good faith have every right to pursue a remedy. To those of you who have got the benefit from our misfortune, good on you but don't expect us to accept that it is business.
