Thanks for comments lads. It was my understanding that perhaps Maurice Blackburn would be better suited. They do seem expen$ive but the track record if a little more reassuring.

Will register with MB and see if they are successful. Expect it to be a very time consuming process (2 years ++) Tempted to walk away, however little effort is required to register and 60c in the dollar would be nice!

I will not invest in this stock again. Once the trust has been eroded it is extremely difficult to gain it back.
