That's great news. Although having to raise funds and issue shares to close out those C Notes, it will remove the huge uncertainty that the terms of the conversion of those notes which has clouded the market since they were issued and not only provided great uncertainty, had actual destructive effects on the share price.
Shareholders can cope with a capital raising with so much news in the pipeline and with the knowledge that that VWAP facility no longer will be in the back of their minds. Sure, the terms of the closure and the details of the fund raising will still be on peoples' minds, but, could not be worse than the very damaging affect that that deal has had on this company's SP.
