    IMO this ann. today can only mean one thing, ie a takeover offer from the current controlling shareholder, BPT. If so, this will be a T/O on the cheap bcos the new management that BPT has installed has achieved nothing in terms of their target dates and the SP has gone nowhere. Well done to all concerned, mission achieved, a low ball T/O for the boss, BPT.
