These reports are to scare people with a "mad scientist" "lab leak", "bio terrorist" scenario. They are 100% psyop.
"They" can create lots of RNA clones and poison people in a location. They could do that simultaneously in different cities in conjunction with a media campaign and scare people into thinking its a pandemic.
