pls cite the research that demonstrated hydroxychloroquine efficacy against SARS-COV (original Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome aka Asian covid 2003) and SARS-COV-1 (Middle Eastern Respiratory Syndrome MERS 2012). both SARS viruses mutated very quickly to become benign. epidemiologists expected SARS-COV-2 to also become benign but so far this hasn't happened. its still a life-threatening disease.
