proposed dates for visit

Ok, in keeping with Nicks timeframe I am proposing either Oct 19-20 or 26-27 for the visit. This is a Monday and Tuesday.
I am open to changes if a number can't make it on those dates but it will be difficult to please everyone so please be flexible.
Nick is getting back to me with costs for the Gap Getaway. I'm not really interested in arranging a bus as I would prefer to just meander my way up there.
