Has David ever bought a share? Or taken shares in lieu of salary? With this loan coming due in a couple of months now it will be really interesting to see how many he sells compared to how many he keeps.
He took a million dollar loan to convert the 110m options at 1.1c.
$1m to be repaid would need 71.4m shares sold at 1.4c (giving him a $214k profit, less interest? and presumably a tax bill.) I'll be watching to see if he keeps any more than 35-40m indicating he's actually spent his own money on stock.
