Thanks for putting up those numbers.
Now have a look at the base salary of a few ASX listed peer MD’s and compare.
The $1.12million and $ 830 K share based benefits are almost certainly the market value of the options granted at the time of vesting, and then the market value of all the shares exercised out of the options at the time of exercise ( will need to check on that)… so there is a double counting of sorts.
I think you should ask for clarity from the company on this though.
