Instead of issuing more shares to the Executives, how about issuing a dividend or one off bonus payment to the long term suffering shareholders who are still bleeding! It's all well & good the company earning millions, expanding the number of wells but when will the shareholders see a reward? Announcing some sort of shareholder reward will move the share price back upwards instead of downwards which is the direction it's going again.
