The new incentive scheme does just that for the LTI… what they haven’t articulated yet is what the hurdle is for total shareholder return in terms of share price plus dividend. I would say a % bought back would equate to a dividend yield,( as that is a return to shareholders) but that is my opinion only.
And you are correct, they certainly wouldn’t hit the KPI hurdle for allotting those at the current time.
