Hi mate , I hear you but have a few points to consider.

Comparing to other companies is what benchmarking is about.. how else can you determine the going rate in the market?

I think we all agree operationally, DP and the current employees have hit the ball out of the park. ALL of them should have salaries reflective of that.

Without DP there would be no BM team.. There would have been a different team, we almost certainly have different assets, but we will never know if they would have been better or worse than SWISH.

What do you think a new MD’s salary would have to be to take over at BRK, and how do you think the base level would be benchmarked?

I think the main issues here are the lack of good , adequate, comprehensive communication by the company. It’s not good enough for them to tell us WHAT they are doing, but as @Chillicop has stated, they need to clearly articulate the HOW,and more importantly, the WHY they are doing WHAT they are doing.

This really needs to be improved upon, as they are repeatedly shooting themselves in the foot.
