The answer is probably "there is still some optimisation that is occuring" with the potential Joint Venture partner hahaha.
At least now I can see that there is a Bankable Feasibility study being conducted. At one stage I thought the BFS was a fake and NKP management was using the money for their on pleasure.
Does it say anywhere the CAPEX? I cannot be bothered to read all 187 pages
