The proposed route for the Hunter to Wallumbilla passes to the East of Surat, close to Armour's Kincora Project.
When this pipeline eventuates, AJQ could potentially connect into this new pipeline, creating a link that may increase the strategic potential of their Storage (~7PJ) and processing capability.
Santos has a key interest in this pipeline going ahead as it links their Narrabri CSG projects to market(s).
Interestingly, Santos & Shell have already secured a key position on the new pipeline route by way of their recent JV Block close by AJQ acreage & pipelines.
