Did you become a shareholder recently? Because when you first come onto the share registry, the registry will send you out a letter with paperwork for providing tax file number, bank details, an option to receive notices and correspondence via email. Sometimes there is a welcome letter from the chairman.

Just make sure you are satisfied that the correspondence is legitimate before handing over important details.

yeh i checked is more like welcoming letter. like all other companies do, is just this time i bother to read it loooooooooool
